CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION

Incense of Heaven takes the extra step of quality assurance on all of our products. We want you to safely enjoy each item you ordered. To ensure the satisfaction of your candle, we offer scent samples for our candle line. This measure is to ensure customers are ordering scents they love and will enjoy.  Due to recent circumstances of health precautions, NO RETURNS will be accepted.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you received a damaged item, please contact us at contact@incenseofheaven.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. When initiating this return request, please include pictures of the damaged product and order number. If no pictures of the products are received and attached to the claim, there will be NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your subscription after you have been billed, you will receive the item(s) and no refund will be issued. 

 

Please be advised, Incense of Heaven reserve the right to refuse any returns.
