The Vision
Behind the brand
Incense of Heaven® was birthed from a posture of prayer and fasting during the year of 2018. The Lord led CEO & Founder Brittany LaShay on a 3-day water only fast when He decided to give her the name for the business. On this fast, while in the shower, the Lord instructed her to go sit in Ihop on Westheimer. He showed her where to sit and what to bring with her. Brittany thought to herself, “Lord, this is fairly odd considering I am on a fast. Day 2 at that!” However, we all know that what the Lord does is never common to our senses.
Nevertheless, Brittany got dressed and obeyed the instructions given to her. When she arrived, she found the seat opened just as God had shown her. She positioned herself according to the instructions and waited to hear more from the Lord. The Lord began to speak. He asked Brittany, “What do you smell?” At this point her senses in the natural and spirit were amplified. She could smell the pancakes, bacon, eggs, and even the soda. All with distinct scents.
She answered God and told Him just what she smelled. He said, “Exactly, you smell the aroma given off from the foods. That’s what happens when people pray to me, there is an aroma offered up.” He led her then to Revelation 8:3-4, “Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand” (NIV). From that encounter, INCENSE OF HEAVEN® was a seed planted awaiting further fertilization of revelation from the Father.

Brittany did not initially launch because she knew there was more to it than a prayer ministry. Later that year, when she was in the wilderness of West Texas, God told her to make candles. She obeyed and because of her obedience, here you have “Incense of Heaven®” in a tangible form.

So, when you purchase a candle, you are not just buying another scent. You are literally receiving an opportunity to experience heaven on earth. All candles are prayed over and consecrated unto the Lord. Passionate, Outgoing, Relentless Warrior are just a few words to describe Brittany LaShay whom the Father has entrusted with such a vision.
